With your Dedicated Account Manager, you are always working with someone who understands your school and takes full ownership. Your Veracross Dedicated Account Manager is focused on your needs and ensuring your school gets the most out its Veracross solution.
Schools speak with their Account Manager regularly and usually have a regular, scheduled phone meeting.
Your Account Manager is your Veracross Consultant. The combination of their knowledge about your school with their Veracross expertise ensures the ongoing success of your Veracross solution.
Account Manager Services
- Dedicated account‐manager who engages closely with school to ensure needs continue to be met
- Account‐manager manages ten or fewer schools to ensure they know each school intimately
- Regular status meetings with school to monitor on‐going priorities
- Resolution of post‐implementation issues: problems, changes, enhancements, questions
- Trains school's contact person to become knowledgeable in all aspects of Veracross
- Provides web-based training sessions
- Serves as liaison between the school and Veracross engineers when requests, issues, or questions arise
- Provides project‐management
- Provides consulting and helps write specifications for new custom functionality desired by school
- Provides notification of application enhancements
