Reporting - Easy Retrieval & Formatting of All Your Data
Veracross provides a variety of ways for you to easily retrieve and format any combination of data. The system comes with hundreds of standard reports you can use at the touch of a button. Create and save your own ad-hoc queries and reports with the Veracross Query Builder/Report Writer.
You can query and write reports that include any data fields in your database - including custom fields that are added.
Custom Reports
For your report cards, transcripts, and any other reports that require special formatting we will use our advanced Veracross formatting tools to ensure your needs are met.
Post-Report Processing
Once the report has been created and run, the user can:
- Print the results
- Export the results to MS-Excel (with one click)
- Use the results to create bar, line, or pie charts
- Email the results
- Use report results in a mail merge
- Use report results to print mailing labels
- Batch update selected fields in the report results
- Name and save the report specifications in the user's personal folder for future use
- Name and save the report specifications on a specific Home Page for future use by all users that have access to that Home Page.
