Veracross Query Builder
In addition to our many standard reports, the system also comes with the Veracross Query Builder/Report Writer, which is an easy to use tool that gives users the ability to quickly create highly customized ad-hoc reports.
For increased ease of use and productivity, the Query Builder/Report Writer is not a standalone module that users must "go to" each time they need to extract information from the system, but a fully integrated tool available from any screen in the system, at the click of a button. Reports created with the Query Builder can be saved for future use.
Query Builder
- Select any data field(s) from the system to report on
- Set relevant filtering criteria on any field
- Set the sort order based on one or more fields
- Set the display order of the columns in the report
- Create needed And/or conditions
- Edit column names as needed
- Set report cells to be highlighted
- Set colors of report column data as needed
- Group output on specified fields and include subtotals and averages if needed
