Veracross offers flexible calendar and planner capability to suit most school needs. Calendars are used to graphically present relevant information on a time basis. The use of calendars varies depending on the functional need. Here are some examples:
- Admissions calendars show tours, meetings, events, and deadlines
- Student calendars show homework and exams
- Teacher calendars show assignments that are due and exams to administer
- Administrator calendars show attendance and disciplinary events
- All calendars show school-wide events
Each calendar event is hyperlinked to detail on that event and/or student record. This allows simple one-click access to any detail.
