Veracross accommodates extensive contact information and relationships. A detailed sample of contact information screens is provided on the right. Understanding the relationships of your school families is essential in managing the information flow. Everything from report cards to fee schedules must be sent to the correct address with the appropriate salutation and reference information. Veracross manages even the most complex relationships. In most cases Veracross automatically calculates the correct relationship and populates the relationship field, saving you data entry time. For complex and non-traditional families, you can input a specific relationship between two people, and the reciprocal relationship is automatically entered in the corresponding person record. For example, if you enter a grandparent in a student's record, the grandparent record will automatically update to set the child as the grandchild.
