Like Veracross, Firefly is solely focused on K-12 schools and dedicates 100% of its product development to this segment. By joining forces, we offer highly complementary products with the opportunity for expansion into our respective markets.
Veracross and Firefly are also united in a mission to enable schools to make the software decisions that are right for them. As part of the Veracross open API vision, Veracross will continue to integrate with providers that deliver offerings similar to Firefly, and Firefly will continue to integrate with other MIS/SIS providers.
