Caulfield Grammar School has chosen Veracross as its new School Information System (SIS), taking an important step toward creating a more connected and intuitive digital experience for its students, staff, and families.

Through this partnership, Caulfield Grammar will bring together systems currently spread across two separate SIS platforms and a custom-built portal into a single, unified Veracross platform. The transition will simplify processes, improve data consistency, and enhance the school’s ability to deliver a cohesive experience across its five campuses.

“Caulfield Grammar is focused on creating seamless, meaningful connections within our community,” shared Sue Sonego, Executive Director, Community Engagement for Caulfield Grammar School. “Veracross gives us a unified platform that supports that vision — one that will help our teams work smarter, our families engage more deeply, and our students benefit from a truly joined-up experience.”

A Platform Designed for Connection

By consolidating multiple systems into Veracross, Caulfield Grammar will gain a single source of truth for data, stronger collaboration tools, and a more streamlined user experience. The school will also launch a custom-branded mobile app built through Veracross, giving families a simple and personalised way to stay connected to school life.

“We were particularly drawn to the open API and interoperability of Veracross,” Sue added. “It means we can continue using complementary solutions while building a digital ecosystem that grows with us — rather than around us.”

Strengthening the Veracross Community in Australia

Caulfield Grammar joins a growing network of leading schools across Australia and New Zealand — including Barker College, Toorak College, and Redlands — who are choosing Veracross to unify and modernise their operations.

“Caulfield Grammar represents the best of Australian education — innovative, community-minded, and future-focused,” said Mike Agostino, Chief Customer and Services Officer at Veracross. “We’re honoured to partner with them as they bring their vision of a connected school experience to life.”
