The SDR Manager is responsible for leading a small team to qualify inbound and outbound leads, determine if there is a need for our services, schedule demos,  establish best in class processes, and track compliance to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

This role reports to the CMO, and is based out of our Wakefield, MA office.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a player/coach who will recruit and train a small SDR team to:

  • Identify key contacts at target schools through research; schedule demos once leads are qualified
  • Make outbound phone calls and emails to generate new prospects and move them down the funnel
  • Hire, train, mentor and lead small SDR team
  • Log, track and maintain prospect contact records and activities completely and accurately in Salesforce.
  • Achieve and exceed established monthly, quarterly and annual MQL goals

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SDR and 2+ years of SDR Manager experience, preferably selling SaaS solutions or services
  • Proven lead gen track record as well as implementation of repeatable, scalable processes for team.
  • Excellent phone and written customer communication skills.Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the client organization
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, proactive, and goal oriented.
  • Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
  • Proven ability to successfully manage others to achieve goals and targets .
