Leveraged Functionality

One of the terms that we use to talk about the platform is "Leveraged Functionality".  By this we mean that when we build a new feature, we try to build it in such a way that the general functionality can be leveraged across multiple departments, without having to rewrite it for each department.  This way of developing software is different from the traditional way that companies develop.  Some examples of this include:

Personalized Service

Our Veracross Account Managers fulfill the crucial role of providing consistent, personalized service to each client school. Two main tasks comprise the majority of this service: project management and consulting.  We work closely with each of our schools, forming lasting relationships and histories of successful projects and problems solved. These relationships allow us to really key into the unique needs and strengths of each school, the knowledge of which is invaluable every step along a school's path of utilizing Veracross. 

When a school comes to their Account Manager with a problem, they are confident that they will never receive a generic answer; instead, their Account Manager is able to apply their personal understanding of the school in order to deliver a unique solution. As new schools build these relationships, they quickly grow strong senses of confidence and security. We are our schools' representatives, working for their best interests.
